Yihuide Adds a Second Substrate Production Line to Strengthen Capacity and Delivery

As demand in domestic and international markets continues to grow, Yihuide's order volume has risen steadily and the existing substrate line has been operating at high capacity. To increase in-house production, ease substrate supply pressure and ensure on-time delivery, our second substrate production line has officially entered operation. The new line applies precise control over formulation, temperature, thickness and forming to produce high-quality substrate with a smooth surface, uniform thickness and stable performance. It provides a reliable foundation for the subsequent manufacture of heat-shrink tapes and related products. While expanding capacity, Yihuide continues to enforce strict quality control throughout the entire production process. The commissioning of the second line not only increases overall capacity, but also improves production planning, order response and delivery assurance. China Mainline District Heating Pipeline Project

District heating pipeline networks are a vital part of urban energy infrastructure. They play an important role in protecting people's livelihoods, improving living environments, and supporting high-quality urban development. The China Mainline District Heating Pipeline Project aims to create a safe, efficient, stable, and long-life heat transmission corridor, bringing lasting reliability to the city's heating system through modern pipeline construction. The project uses directly buried polyurethane pre-insulated pipes to transport hot water. The supply pipeline has a diameter of 1,680 mm, while the return pipeline measures 1,560 mm, and the maximum hot-water transmission temperature reaches 150°C. This large-diameter, high-temperature design demonstrates the scale and capacity of the project while placing demanding requirements on insulation performance, joint sealing, and long-term operational safety. At every pipe joint, electrofusion sleeves are combined with heat-shrink tapes to form a multi-layer sealing and protection system. This solution further improves sealing performance, durability, and corrosion resistance, laying a solid foundation for the safe and stable long-term operation of the network. Designed for a service life of at least 30 years, the entire pipeline system safeguards the city's heating lifeline with quality built to stand the test of time. Extending beneath the ground, these heating pipelines connect more than heat sources and the city—they connect thousands of households with the promise of a warm home. As construction continues, reliable heat energy will travel through the main network to communities across the city, providing dependable heating for residents and adding warmth and strength to urban development. Company Update | Advanced Production Equipment Introduced to Upgrade Production Lines and Strengthen Manufacturing Capability

To further increase production capacity, improve product quality, and strengthen our core manufacturing capabilities, we have introduced advanced domestic production equipment dedicated to heat-shrinkable sleeves. The new equipment has now officially entered production operation. The commissioning of this equipment marks another major upgrade to our production lines. With improved hardware capabilities, overall workshop efficiency has increased significantly and the level of production automation has risen substantially. This helps reduce human error and further improves process stability and product consistency. The equipment upgrade not only creates additional production capacity but also provides stronger hardware support for quality control across our heat-shrinkable sleeve and heat-shrinkable tape product lines, enabling us to better meet high-volume orders with demanding quality requirements. R&D Update | Testing Progress on Next-Generation Hot-Melt Adhesive Heat-Shrinkable Tape for Steel Pipes

Recently, our team has been developing and iterating a new hot-melt adhesive formulation for heat-shrinkable tape designed specifically for steel-pipe surfaces. The new sample demonstrates extremely high peel strength, exceeding the measurement range of our current test equipment and preventing the instrument from recording a precise value. Manual peel testing further verified the bonding performance: the adhesive layer remained firmly bonded to the steel pipe with no interfacial debonding. Under external force, the heat-shrinkable tape backing stretched and failed cohesively, indicating that the adhesive-to-steel bond strength exceeded the strength of the backing material itself. Our R&D team will continue optimizing the formulation and test methods to further improve product stability, with additional test results to be shared as work progresses.
