In 2020, on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of Tianjin YiHuiDe Anti-Corrosion Materials Co., Ltd., the company completed the overall relocation and upgrade of its production base. Facing the dual challenges of the industry environment and the pandemic, the company built a large-scale new plant through sustained R&D investment, production system iteration, and talent team development, achieving a comprehensive leap in production capacity, quality control, and R&D capability.
Since its founding, YiHuiDe has remained deeply focused on the pipeline anti-corrosion materials sector. Over nine years, it has adhered to technology-driven development, continuously investing in product R&D and process optimization while cultivating professional technical and management teams, gradually building a technology and production system covering the full range of products including heat shrinkable tapes, heat shrinkable sleeves, and repair materials.
In 2020, the external environment was under pressure, and the pandemic brought multiple challenges to production, delivery, and project progress. The company team overcame difficulties and, while ensuring stable order delivery, completed the planning, construction, and overall relocation to the new plant on schedule, moving into a larger and better-organized modern production base.
This upgrade was implemented across four dimensions - capacity, equipment, quality control, and R&D:
- The production workshop area was expanded, equipped with automated production lines and complete sets of advanced manufacturing equipment, greatly improving large-scale delivery capability;
- The testing laboratory and quality control system were upgraded in parallel, with full-process quality management standards further refined;
- R&D office space and laboratory conditions were optimized, providing hardware support for technology iteration and new product development.
This factory relocation and upgrade is a milestone of YiHuiDe's nine years of development and proof of the company's resilience and comprehensive strength. Standing at a new starting point, the company will continue to deepen its commitment to the anti-corrosion materials sector, serving global customers' pipeline anti-corrosion needs with more stable capacity and more reliable quality.
